For the UK, our items have the benefit of FREE SHIPPING, this generally applies to all items that are 2kg and below, and will usually get to you within 2-5 days.  Upgrades are available from the shopping cart page, you simply click “Calculate Shipping” and enter your delivery location details (verified address only). The available options and delivery costs are then shown automatically.  Please see the table below for international orders, these will update automatically too (there are no other options for these).

We use a Signed For service for most destinations, some destinations also have tracking included as well, the maximum purchase value allowed on these services is £250 (GBP), whilst the maximum packed weight allowed is 2kg (2000g), as indicated in the table above.

Many of our International customers choose to purchase a combination of items to get best value for money from the overall package that they receive for the order that they make.  The number of items you buy will not be the determining factor in the cost it will be the packed weight – so why not take advantage.

Please note that if the £250 value or 2kg weight limits are exceeded then we will contact you to see what solution can be arrived at. Additionally, if you wish to buy more items than these limits, then you will simply need to contact us, we will need to work out what you want and then get a postal quote from a different carrier, if they deliver to your location.

Finally, as the importer of the goods, you are responsible for any import duties, customs duties and applicable taxes (Goods/State/Sales/VAT etc) due on arrival into your destination country, please also check your allowable import limits, if an item is returned to us because it is more than your country allows, we can not refund any postal charges.
