Orders Placed With Us Externally

If you place an order on our eBay, Amazon or OnBuy stores, the details provided by you to them when placing the order will be transmitted to us and processed to automatically create a website account and website order. This is to help us process & fulfil orders more efficiently.

If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence, this includes letters, faxes, emails, texts, phonecalls, WhatsApp chats/calls and other such methods. Calls may be recorded for the purposes of completing your enquiry or order, and are deleted once resolved.

Details of your visits to the Website.

We may collect information about your computer, including where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual personally.

Payment Details

We use Stripe and/or Paypal as a means of accepting payments on our website, on eBay and on OnBuy, while Amazon payments take care of that side, so we do not collect your payment information (card/bank details). We are provided your payment email address, and delivery & billing addresses. When you pay on this site using Stripe or Paypal you are taken to their site to complete the payment and returned back to us. You may pay by bank transfer, we only see what appears on our statements – payer, reference and credit.
